lawsuit Against Sanctions On Private Sector
Bijan Panahizadeh during an interview with YJC declared: "currently we are in process of preparing a lawsuit against the countries and those who have blocked the Iranian investor's assets overseas.
The head of Industrial and Mineral Association Network of Iran added that these sanctions harmed the foreign private sectors and they also want the sanctions to be lifted.
Panahizadeh condemned the imposed regulations by the foreign countries which prevents financial exchange between private sectors.
He said "we will do whatever we can to solve these problems in the private sector"
He stated, due to the orders of supreme leader who named year of 91 as the year of National Production, Support for Iranian Labor and Capital, we are obligated to dispute and defend our rights at the international courts. He added that private sector also should engage in efforts to solve these issues.
